Title: Program Manager - Lighting Products & PCBA (Customer Projects) Location: Pune, India

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead customer-facing projects in the lighting domain, with an understanding of PCB assemblies (PCBA). This role requires balancing technical expertise, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership to deliver cutting-edge lighting solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing end-to-end project execution.
Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and deliverables.
Oversee design, development, and validation of lighting products including PCB assemblies.
Manage engineering change requests and numbers (ECNs) and ensure smooth implementation.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
Provide regular updates to senior management and customers.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field




~10 years in program management within electronics manufacturing, lighting, or PCBA industries.
Strong understanding of Recent product development, PCB design, assembly, and testing processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems, and project management methodologies.

Desired Attributes
Proven track record of managing complex customer projects in electronics/lighting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams.
Solid negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
Experience in compliance with international standards (IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, UL, CE, RoHS).
