About the RoleSanskriti Wave Power & Solution is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. If you're passionate about sales and want to build a successful career in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector, this is the perfect chance for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Explain product features, government subsidies, cost savings, and ROI.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, Solar, Electrical, Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG.




Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
