Job Summary:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and parents about Aakash courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.),

explaining program benefits, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling
Counsel students and parents about Aakash courses and career opportunities.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course structure, fees, scholarship tests, and batch details.
Lead Management
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students regularly.
Maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
Admission Conversion
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.




Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
Relationship Management
Build a robust rapport with students and parents.
Address queries and resolve concerns effectively.
Maintain a positive brand image of Aakash.
Marketing Support
Participate in seminars, school visits, and education fairs.
Support promotional activities and scholarship tests.
Required Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust, convincing and negotiation ability.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
Valuable interpersonal skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate
1–6 years of experience in education counselling/sales preferred.
