Admission Manager – IIT/JEE/NEET Programmes

Job Summary

We are hiring an Admission Manager to counsel prospective students and parents, promote our IIT, JEE, and NEET programmes, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, be target-driven, and be passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals through the right educational guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding IIT, JEE, and NEET Foundation and Entrance Exam Programmes.

Generate admissions through tele calling, walk-ins, school visits, seminars, educational events, and referrals.

Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into enrollments.

Conduct career guidance and programme orientation sessions.

Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, students, and parents.

Ensure a smooth admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in admissions,



educational counseling, sales, business development, or telecalling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain academic programmes and address parent and student queries confidently.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the education, coaching, or EdTech industry.

Knowledge of the IIT/JEE/NEET coaching ecosystem.

Lead generation and admission conversion experience.

Parent counseling and relationship management.

Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
