Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end loan syndication process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks such as document preparation, distribution, and tracking.
Perform loan operations tasks, including reconciliation of loan accounts, monitoring loan payments, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts, underwriters, and legal personnel, to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions, documentation, and correspondence.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in loan syndication, loan operations, and reconciliation processes.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
