We’re Hiring: Telesales Agent – Two-Wheeler Loan

Location: Bangalore

(Hoodi – Opposite Tata Showroom, Brookefields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560048)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products

- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms

- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement

- Stay updated on loan policies, product features, and market trends

- Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful lead closures

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly

- Handle customer queries,



objections, and escalations professionally

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in two-wheeler loans or personal loans

- Strong communication and convincing skills in any two of the following languages: English, Kannada, Telugu

- Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage

- Customer-focused mindset with valuable problem-solving abilities

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office

- Graduate in any discipline

- Age below 30 years

Compensation:

- Salary up to 5 LPA + Incentives

Pay: ₹8,867.44 - ₹28,760.52 per month
