Key Responsibilities:
Develop new products and improve existing food products.
Conduct product trials and coordinate commercial production batches.
Handle sourcing of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product development requirements.
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth manufacturing execution.
Monitor product quality, taste, texture, and shelf life during trials and production.
Prepare formulations, trial reports, SOPs, and product documentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for approvals and testing.
Research market trends and suggest cutting-edge product ideas.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of food product development and manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience in factory production and trials.
Understanding of sourcing and vendor coordination.
Valuable knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification : - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
