We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Manager Human Resources to lead end-to-end HR Operations within our Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR Operations, Learning & Development, and people management. This is a strategic as well as hands-on leadership role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
Lead and oversee end-to-end HR Operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Drive Learning & Development initiatives, employee capability-building programs, and organizational development activities.
Mentor, coach, and lead a team of approximately HR professionals supporting ongoing recruitment and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Centre of Excellence.
Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Act as a trusted HR partner while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Candidate Profile
1517 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong expertise in HR Operations and Learning & Development.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring large HR teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership presence with an impressive personality and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage operational as well as strategic HR initiatives.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.
