Job Title: Assistant Manager - International HR Department: Human Resources - International Operations

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - International HR will support smooth and consistent HR operations across multiple countries. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, onboarding, hiring coordination, engagement, and HR analytics. It requires robust execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural global environment.
Monitor and maintain station-level attrition, identify trends, and escalate early warning indicators.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of HR data.
