Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
Robust understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.

Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.




Experience with Service Cloud and broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
Knowledge of GIS, mapping solutions, and route optimization concepts.
Experience with mobile workforce management solutions.
