Job Summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow key corporate accounts in the EPC, construction, and industrial sectors. The role involves developing robust client relationships, generating business from existing accounts, negotiating commercial contracts, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 6 to 10 key accounts and achieve revenue targets.
Develop business with EPC contractors and corporate clients.
Negotiate rate contracts and commercial agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Handle receivables, invoice reconciliation, and collections.
Conduct regular business reviews and identify account growth prospects.
Required Skills
5 to 8 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales or Key Account Management experience.
Experience working with EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or equipment rental companies.
Robust client relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
Experience managing large corporate or national accounts.
Good presentation, communication, and commercial acumen.
Preferred
Existing network with major EPC companies such as L&T;, Tata Projects, Afcons, Shapoorji Pallonji, or similar.
Willingness to travel across regions.
Own four-wheeler and laptop preferred.
