Job Description:
The Deputy Manager - CAT - Loyalty will be responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty for Axis Max Life Insurance. The Deputy Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement loyalty programs, ensuring they align with the company's overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
