Job Title: Procurement & Billing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Billing Engineer to manage material procurement, vendor coordination, and billing processes for engineering and construction projects. The role involves ensuring timely procurement of quality materials, accurate billing, and supporting project cost control while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute procurement activities for engineering/construction materials.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and documentation as per project requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for timely material delivery.
Verify contractor bills, prepare measurement sheets, and certify quantities.




Ensure accurate preparation of client and subcontractor bills.
Track budgets, project costs, and payment schedules.
Maintain procurement records, billing documents, and vendor databases.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory regulations.
Support audits, cost analysis, and reporting to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement and billing (construction/infrastructure preferred).
Robust knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), estimation, and contract management.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and billing software.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability.
