We are looking for a highly organized and personable Podcast Guest Relations Executive to help us manage and grow our podcast guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for podcast guests — from initial outreach to post-episode follow-up.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential guests aligned with our podcast’s mission and audience
- Reach out to and book high-quality guests
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, working with hosts and production team
- Manage all communications with guests before and after the show
- Prepare guest briefing documents and ensure they’re prepped for the episode
- Promote episodes collaboratively with guests after publishing

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in podcasting, PR, talent booking, or similar roles is a big plus
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
