Innovitoy is a fast-growing toy brand focused on creating joyful, engaging, and meaningful experiences for children and families. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build a loved consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Innovitoy’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
Ideate, script, shoot, and coordinate engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, and static posts.
Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to create high-performing content.
Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
Handle posting schedules, comments, DMs, and community engagement.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement,



followers, watch time, and conversions.
Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for timely execution.
Support brand-building initiatives and campaign launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
Good copywriting and content ideation skills.
Comfortable appearing in or directing video content.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, execution-oriented setting.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
