Designation: Business Development Executive(IT Service Sales)

Highly skilled in sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and create a strategy to target and develop these clients
Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.




Negotiate and close sales deals with new clients.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to stay up to date on industry developments and establish recent connections.
Achieve Sales Targets via Inbound & Outbound Leads.

Requirements:
Experience working on tools like Sales Navigator, Upwork Etc.
Proven track record of success in business development within the IT industry
Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry and related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
