We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer database and call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate with sales and support teams when need

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
