Type medical reports, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and case sheets.
Transcribe doctors' dictations into accurate written documents.
Prepare OPD/IPD documentation and patient medical records.
Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and medical terminology.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for document clarification.
Organize and maintain medical files and reports.
Complete documentation within the required turnaround time.
Perform other administrative documentation tasks assigned by the hospital.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
