Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert sales leads for industrial plotting projects.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment advantages.
Follow up with inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and agreement processes.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industrial real estate developments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
