We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement/Purchase Executive to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and coordination of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and vendor services for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and quality compliance while coordinating closely with architects, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure construction materials, interior finishes, FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), lighting, sanitaryware, hardware, and other project-related items.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare comparative statements.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order status until delivery.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain a preferred supplier database.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, site engineers,



and project managers to understand material specifications and project timelines.
- Ensure materials meet design specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Track deliveries, resolve supply delays, and coordinate logistics with vendors.
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory where applicable and avoid material shortages.
- Support cost control initiatives and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual requirements.
