We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller cum Counsellor to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of Digital Marketing to effectively explain our courses and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing and other professional courses.
Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.




Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead management.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through qualified communication.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and career opportunities.
Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a target-driven setting.
Positive attitude, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
