Madariz Impex Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Ernakulam.

Location: Kuzhivelippadi, Ernakulam
Employment Type: Full time
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Friday

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Introduce company products and services professionally.
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
Record customer interactions and update CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Mandatory).
Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates residing in or near Ernakulam will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
