Job Title: General Manager – Harley-Davidson Dealership

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead the overall operations of our Harley-Davidson dealership. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, service, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration.
Drive vehicle sales, revenue, and profitability.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and dealership KPIs.
Lead, motivate, and mentor department managers and staff.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate with Harley-Davidson management and OEM representatives.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and dealership standards.
Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team.




Prepare and present business reports to senior management.
Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase showroom footfall and sales.

Required Qualifications
Graduate/MBA (preferred).
10–15+ years of experience in automobile dealership management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Solid knowledge of dealership operations, sales, service, and after-sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
