Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience as a CAD Designer, with a strong focus on kidswear graphics and prints.
Proven experience designing for UK and European retailers such as Next, Zara, Marks & Spencer, Boden, Joules, or similar brands.
Strong understanding of children’s fashion aesthetics across baby, toddler, and kids categories.
Excellent creative thinking with the ability to generate original concepts rather than relying solely on references.
Ability to interpret buyer briefs and mood boards into commercially successful collections.
Strong knowledge of colour palettes, typography, illustrations, character development, placement graphics, repeat prints, and surface embellishments.
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Valuable understanding of print techniques,



embroidery, appliqué, and garment construction relevant to kidswear.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
