We are looking for an energetic and trustworthy Salesman who will roam in the market and find recent clients for our tea wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit tea shops, kirana stores, hotels, offices, hostels, canteens, and retailers

Promote and sell our loose tea products

Generate recent clients and regular orders

Maintain good relationships with existing customers

Collect orders and coordinate with the office for delivery

Gather market feedback (price, demand, competitors)

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Basic communication skills (local language required)

Experience in field sales or FMCG preferred (not mandatory)

Must have his own two-wheeler

Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated

Ability to travel locally every day

Salary & Incentives:

Salary will be based on Base + petrol incentive + Uncapped performance bonus

If worked properly, salary can go higher due to incentives
