Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, email outreach, and customer engagement activities.
Pitch company IT solutions and service offerings to prospective customers.
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the sales team.
Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions between customers and sales representatives.
Maintain and manage lead data in CRM or lead management systems.
Follow up regularly with prospects and sales teams until opportunity closure.
Coordinate with existing customers to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Build relationships with IT decision-makers including:
CIO
CTO
CISO
VP IT
IT Managers
IT Heads
Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant IT solutions effectively.
Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
Achieve lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.




Stay updated on emerging technologies and company offerings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
