Key Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities through colleges, institutions, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
Visit colleges and conduct career development and career improvement sessions for students.
Promote the company's training programs, internships, and software development services.
Coordinate with college placement officers, department heads, and management.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
Maintain reports of meetings, leads, and business progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
Willingness to travel to colleges and educational institutions.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Educational Marketing,



Business Development, Sales, or Campus Relations is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
