Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective candidates through the enrollment process. The role involves counseling students, explaining course offerings, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Provide detailed information about courses, certifications, and career prospects
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversions
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
Assist students throughout the admission process (application to enrollment)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Meet and exceed admission targets

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities




Good organizational and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in education counseling/admissions/sales is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Work Environment:
Office-based role (with telecalling and face-to-face counseling)
Day shift / flexible hours based on admission cycles
