Talentspoc LLC is seeking a skilled and passionate Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team in Calicut. In this vital position, you will specialize in working with patients experiencing neurological conditions, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, and implement effective rehabilitation strategies that enhance their recovery and improve quality of life. Your role will involve close interaction with patients to develop personalized treatment programs and track their progress through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed evaluations of patients with neurological impairments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions focused on improving motor skills, coordination, and overall functionality.
- Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercises, hydrotherapy, and neuro-enhancement techniques.
- Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to create a holistic care plan for patients.




- Educate patients and caregivers about the nature of their conditions and recommend strategies for home exercises and self-care.
- Stay abreast of advancements in neuro rehabilitation practices and integrate new learnings into treatment protocols.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Specialization or additional certification in Neuro Physiotherapy is highly desirable.
- Active and valid license to practice physiotherapy in the state.
- At least 10 years of clinical experience treating neurological disorders.
- In-depth knowledge of neurological rehabilitation techniques and patient care methodologies.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients and families.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities for patient assessment and progress evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with current therapeutic practices.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages would be advantageous.
