The individual will work within an ITIL-driven environment, ensuring incident resolution, change implementation, and proactive support across customer-facing and internal infrastructures. This is a key operational role requiring strong troubleshooting capability, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to continuous learningnn## What you will donn * Resolve network security incidents within critical SLAs through effective troubleshooting and root-cause identification.n * Perform configuration and housekeeping activities including Layer 2/3 analysis, device upgrades, replacements, and performance optimisation.n * Plan and implement internal and customer changes aligned with ITIL processes.n * Raise and manage hardware vendor tickets,
