House of D’Anshé is a contemporary women’s fashion brand committed to timeless designs, premium quality, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business and store operations.
Coordinate between sales, production, inventory, merchandising, and management.
Ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Supervise store staff and maintain operational discipline.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Resolve operational issues efficiently.
Maintain company SOPs and ensure brand standards are followed.
Assist in planning product launches, promotions, and events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management,



or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or operations management.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, POS systems, and inventory software.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and solve problems independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience in fashion or apparel retail.
Inventory and supply chain management
Staff scheduling and performance management.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
