Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, branding initiatives, and events to promote real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute offline campaigns (hoardings, print ads, brochures, etc.)
Coordinate site branding, kiosks, and promotional activities
Manage vendor relationships (printers, agencies, event vendors)
Organize events, exhibitions, and in office activations
Ensure proper branding at project sites and sales offices
Monitor campaign effectiveness and report outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Skills & Requirements:
Solid vendor management and coordination skills
Knowledge of offline marketing channels and branding materials
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

Experience & Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing / Business / related field
3–4 years of experience in offline marketing
Real estate experience preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
