Position: Business Development & Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting market research, and supporting the business development team in building a solid sales pipeline.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of lead generation techniques, and the ability to identify and engage with potential clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Email campaigns, Cold calling, Online research, and other relevant platforms.
Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, project scope, and decision-making authority.




Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with qualified prospects for the Business Development or Sales team.
Develop personalized outreach messages and email campaigns to improve response rates.
Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects regularly and ensure timely communication.
Track lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall pipeline performance.

Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospecting.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo.io and Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach techniques.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Ability to identify decision-makers and understand client requirements.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Dombivli.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
