Job Summary

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for promoting financial products, generating leads, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through referrals, field visits, telecalling, and digital platforms.
Promote the company's financial products and services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Meet potential clients and explain financial products in a qualified manner.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely customer conversions.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth loan processing and documentation.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.




Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Finance.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Two-wheeler and driving licence will be an added advantage.
