Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor multiple showrooms.
Achieve sales and operational targets.
Conduct regular and surprise showroom visits.
Lead, coach, and support showroom managers and staff.
Ensure SOP compliance and excellent customer service.
Analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
