Sales & Interior Design Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and design-savvy Sales & Interior Design Consultant to join our retail team. This is a client-facing role that blends aesthetic sensibility with strong sales acumen, where you will work closely with individual clients, interior designers, and architects to curate thoughtful home solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a refined understanding of materials, textures, and spatial styling, along with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive product selections while driving meaningful sales and long-term client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Design Consultation

- Engage with walk-in clients, interior designers, and architects to understand their requirements, preferences, and project scope
- Provide tailored design guidance across furniture, fabrics, furnishings, and décor
- Assist clients in visualising combinations, styling, and overall look and feel

Product Selection & Styling

- Recommend suitable products based on space, usage, and design direction
- Build cohesive selections across categories (furniture, fabrics, upholstery, soft furnishings, décor)
- Stay updated on collections, materials, and design trends

Sales & Conversion

- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and personalised consultations
- Prepare quotations aligned with client requirements
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, designers, and architects
- Handle follow-ups, order updates,



and post-sale interactions
- Act as a reliable point of contact for repeat business and referrals

Coordination & Order Management

- Coordinate internally with backend teams for order processing and execution
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication throughout the order lifecycle
- Maintain accuracy in order details and client requirements

Store Presentation & Experience

- Ensure the store reflects the brand’s aesthetic and is well maintained at all times
- Support in visual merchandising and product display to enhance customer experience

Key Requirements

- Formal education in Interior Design / Architecture is mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputed home furnishing, furniture, or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrics, finishes, and spatial aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be well-spoken and confident
- Proven experience working with clients, interior designers, and architects
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to convert inquiries into business

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
