NKey Responsibilitiesn
Manage relationships with major external vendors for payment-related discussions and Ncoordination.n
Conduct daily follow-up calls with vendors to align payment schedules and resolve outstanding Nissues.n
Negotiate and maintain agreed credit periods with vendors. N
Perform timely vendor reconciliations for fuel, repair & maintenance, spare parts and other regular Nvendors.n
Coordinate internally for timely invoice approvals and payments. N
Monitor vendor ageing and prepare payment plans. N
Account purchase invoices,



vendor payments, debit/credit notes and maintain ledgers. N
Verify vendor invoices before payment processing. N
Assist in month-end/year-end closing. N
Prepare MIS reports on vendor outstanding and payment status. N
Resolve vendor queries and support internal/statutory audits. N
Perform other accounting and finance responsibilities assigned by management. NDesired Skillsn
Robust accounting and accounts payable knowledge. N
Excellent communicationand negotiation skills. N
Proficiency in MS Exceland ERP/accounting software. N
Robust analytical and reconciliation skills. N
