Roles and Responsibilities
Design and develop cutting-edge concepts for wovens fabric export markets, aligned with seasonal trends and customer requirements.
Conduct research and analyze global fashion trends, colours, prints, and fabric innovations.
Translate trend insights into commercial design concepts suitable for specific product categories.
Collaborate and brainstorm with internal teams to create seasonal design collections.
Develop Print designs and colourways using Penelope software.
Create visually appealing digital presentations (interactive PDFs) for customer showcases and innovation pitches.
Prepare and present mood boards, fabric developments, and seasonal concepts to international clients.
Travel to European and South Asian markets to present collections and understand customer preferences.
Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality output and career development.
Execute customer-specific design briefs and ensure timely delivery of design requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

The above position requires excellent communication and valuable aesthetics and one must have done the Bachelor's in Design (Textile Design)
