Roles and Responsibilities
Develop design concepts for commercial and cinema interiors projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry standards.
Create detailed designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop to visualize project layouts and materials.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance on design options and making recommendations for execution.
In-depth knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction detailing, and execution methodologies.
Solid understanding of material specifications, joinery details, ceiling systems, flooring, wall finishes, and bespoke millwork.
Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution.
Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, including HVAC layouts, electrical distribution, lighting coordination, and plumbing services integration within interior spaces.
Ability to coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior elements to avoid clashes and ensure seamless execution.
