Responsible for development and maintenance of all SAP modules

JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts to achieve team and individual goals.
SAP System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization of SAP systems.

Issue Resolution:
Manage the resolution of SAP system issues, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Enhancement Projects:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute SAP system enhancements and upgrades.
Quality Assurance:



Ensure the quality and stability of SAP systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.

User Support:
Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing complex SAP-related inquiries and issues.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.

Vendor Relations:
Liaise with SAP vendors and service providers to ensure effective support and service delivery.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance SAP skills.
Compliance: Ensure SAP system compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
