The Service Provider is prepared to provide the following skilled services to the Company:

1. Assist in conducting interviews and screening candidates for various positions within the company.

2. Utilise HR analytics to track and analyse recruitment data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help develop recruitment strategies.

4. Support the onboarding process for new hires,



ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

5. Help organise and participate in campus recruitment and other recruitment initiatives.

6. Update and maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the HR department, gaining exposure to various aspects of HR operations.

8. Collaborate with team members of other departments.

9. Project Management.

10. Collect quarterly evaluation.

11. Supervise HR and recruitment interns.

12. Work with the graphic team to produce brochures.

13. Considering this is a small company, any tasks that come under the scope of human resources.

14.Schedule 40 interviews per week, even if hiring is closed. If you don’t meet this target, you’ll need to work on weekends to catch up.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the mental health care or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit of candidates.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
