We have an urgent opening for the position of Sourcing Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Navi Mumbai (Panvel/Kharghar) Location.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements
Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
Lookout for high-performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
Addressing any queries, and doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and qualified approach.

On weekdays, they will have to source from their assigned market.
On weekends i.e, on Saturday and Saturday, they will have to do customer visits at Hiranandani site.
