Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and herbal products to healthcare professionals, distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and herbal products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Organize promotional activities, exhibitions,



seminars, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop brochures, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Support brand-building initiatives through online and offline marketing activities.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Research

- Analyze customer needs and buying behavior.
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients.
- BuiRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
