We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Immigration Telecaller to join our team in Nehru Place, India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in immigration services. The Immigration Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing information to clients regarding immigration procedures, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide information related to immigration services and procedures.
Assist clients in understanding immigration laws, regulations, and processes.
Schedule appointments for clients with immigration consultants or legal advisors.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the database.




Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic understanding of immigration processes and regulations in India.
Proficient in using phone systems and computers for data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
