Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our Kids Gym, Pre School & Day Care. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a
Business Development Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Check members in and out.
Assist with membership sales and promotions.
Perform administrative tasks.
Resolve member complaints.
Maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the Business Development team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.




Previous experience in customer service or reception.
Experience as a Business Development Executive preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Front Desk Receptionist from EdTech Background can also apply
Candidates preferred from nearby locations in Gurugram only
Kids Gym Timings : 11:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m (4 days) & 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m (Saturday& Sunday) and OFF on Tuesday or Thursday
Salary:
20k to 25k per month
