We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Marketing Specialist
with a proven track record in the
commercial real estate
sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, specializing in either
brokerage

real estate development
, or both. Prior experience working with
Indian companies
is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services.
Collaborate with brokerage and development teams to create compelling marketing campaigns.
Manage online and offline marketing efforts, including property listings, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Create presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral to support sales and leasing efforts.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:




Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of skilled experience in
commercial real estate marketing
(brokerage and/or development).
Prior experience working with
Indian companies
in the real estate sector.
Robust knowledge of the Indian commercial real estate market, trends, and dynamics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media, SEO, and analytics).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience in property branding and positioning.
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
Proven success in managing large-scale marketing projects within the real estate domain.
