We're hiring a VP Finance to do exactly that. This is a founding role and part of the company's leadership team. You'll shape how the business scales.

Pricing and margin discipline
Procurement and vendor commercials
Inventory planning
Doctor payouts and settlements
Working capital forecasting
Compliance and audit readiness

Clean and timely settlements
Experience that helps
~8–15 years of finance experience
Ops-heavy or inventory-linked businesses
Robust grasp of pricing, margins, and cash cycles
Experience with GST, TDS, and Indian compliance
Startup or scale-up experience is useful
