About the Role
Sree Gokulam Speed and Secure Courier Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Interns to support our Customer Relationship Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, CRM operations, data management, and client relationship handling within the courier and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Record, track, and follow up on customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with operations and branch teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Generate and update CRM reports as required by the management.
Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy in the CRM database.
Assist in preparing customer satisfaction reports and service performance metrics.
Perform other CRM and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer applications.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
