Resourcing Consultant / 360 Recruitment Consultant (International Public‑Sector Hiring)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, initiative‑driven Resourcing Consultant who thrives in fast‑paced recruitment environments and does not wait for instructions. This role suits someone who is naturally curious, business‑minded, and confident in taking ownership of tasks end‑to‑end.

You must have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally supporting international markets. Experience with UK public‑sector clients (Local Authorities, NHS, Government bodies) is a strong advantage. This is a recruitment‑focused role — not HR — requiring excellent English communication, strong JD interpretation skills, and the ability to think commercially.

Sales, BD, or cold‑calling experience is a bonus, as the role offers a pathway into a full 360 consultant position.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for UK public‑sector roles
- Interpret job descriptions accurately and build targeted sourcing strategies
- Take initiative in identifying new sourcing channels and candidate pools
- Conduct qualified screening calls with excellent English fluency




- Maintain organised candidate pipelines for niche and high‑volume roles
- Ensure compliance with UK recruitment standards and documentation
- Manage candidate communication with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
- Keep ATS/CRM records updated with precision
- (Bonus) Support BD activities such as cold calling, lead generation, and client follow‑ups
- (360 Pathway) Opportunity to manage both candidate and client relationships

Required Skills & Experience

- Mandatory: 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory: International recruitment experience (UK preferred)
- Exceptional command of English — written and spoken
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to understand job descriptions and map candidate suitability
- Naturally proactive — takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Business‑minded, resourceful, and able to think beyond the task
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, or BD activities (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
