JOB Description – In charge

1. Non-Clinical -

A) Counter check inventory

B) Check medicine inventory & expiry of medicine

C) CSSD maintain and equipment

D) Handling Bio medical equipment

E) Repairing and regular checking all equipment in department

F) Education to staff

G) Relatives’ Counseling

H) Arrange Bed

I) Stock Checking

J) Purchase and Maintain Stock in Department

K) Inform Repairing of Equipment

2. Clinical –

A) Daily and Monthly Census Maintenance

B) Check the Nurse’s Report and Patient’s File

C) Checking Reports of the Patient

D) Over view of all Records in Apartment

1) Inventory book

2) Admission & Discharge

3) Transfer In/Out

4) Census

E) Round to bedside & from staff

F) Assist Doctors in Rounds

G) Teach Clinical Procedures to Staff

3. Administration –

A)



Prepare and Monitor Duty roster on Daily/Monthly Basis

B) Prepare Attendance Details of Staff for Salary

C) Orientation to New Staff about all Procedures & Policies.

D) Conducting Educative Lectures and Exams for Old Staff.

E) Filling up of Appraisal Forms and Evaluation Forms.

F) Prepare Policies to Improve Care of Patients.

G) Supervise, Correct and Teach Staff.

H) Meeting with Chief of Nursing & Management.

Act as a Bridge Between Staff and Management

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
